Our Services include legal consultations tailored to real estate professionals. Consultations are provided remotely or on-site, as agreed.

2.1 Scheduling and Cancellation

Clients may schedule, reschedule, or cancel consultations via our contact form. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for free rescheduling. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session are subject to our cancellation policy.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and educational materials designed for real estate professionals.

4. Goods

Physical items such as printed materials are shipped to the address provided upon purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Lunthara aims to ensure client satisfaction across all offerings. Refunds are handled as follows:

• Services: Consultations cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment may be fully refunded or rescheduled. Consultations cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original appointment. Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase are not eligible for refund due to the preparation and resources allocated in advance.
• Information Products: Digital materials can be refunded within 14 days of delivery if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, contact us via our contact form. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. To initiate a return, use our contact form.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke legal services, such as comprehensive case representation or bespoke contract drafting, are non-refundable due to the personalized effort and resources dedicated. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable during purchase and protect the integrity of our scheduling and preparatory work.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
